Professional Bio
After spending most of my legal career in Indiana, my wife and I moved to Grand Rapids in 2018 to be closer to family. I continued practicing law remotely with my former firm until January 1, 2025, when I launched Logan Law. Today, I enjoy serving clients through my solo practice here in West Michigan.
I help businesses navigate a wide range of legal matters, including acquisitions, entity formation, governance, contracts, and commercial real estate. I have also worked with lenders to structure and document complex commercial lending transactions, and I have assisted clients in creating and securing tax-exempt status for 501(c) organizations.
In addition to my work with businesses, I have advised municipalities on public finance, bidding, collective bargaining, and property transactions.
Outside of my legal practice, I enjoy teaching and sharing knowledge. I am an active member of the community and have served as a volunteer coach with the First Tee of West Michigan. I’ve also led classes and seminars at Purdue University, the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF), and the Allen County Bar Association, covering topics such as secured lending and bank guarantees.
